Upgrade Troubleshooting
Most subscriptions activate instantly. If your Pro features are taking a little longer to show up, here are the fastest ways to force a sync.
Restart the App
Close Planelo completely from your task switcher and reopen it. This is usually enough to trigger a fresh license check.
Verify Auth State
Double-check that you are signed in with the same email used for the purchase. Also ensure you have an active internet connection.
Still not working?
Payment providers can occasionally have delays. If Pro doesn't activate after 10 minutes, send us an email and we'll fix it manually.
